About

The quality of our relationships can determine the quality of our lives.

I have been working with clients for the past decade  and I am a trained counsellor who is here to work with you to become happier, more confident and empowered.

We do this together by exploring your thoughts, feelings, values and beliefs and I have a special interest in supporting those experiencing anxiety and depression.

Carl R. Roger

- Oscar Wilde
